1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a service with Beckenham Detailing, the customer agrees to the following terms and conditions.

2. Service Agreement

2.1. The customer agrees that all services will be provided as per the selected package and any additional services requested and agreed upon.

3. Liability for Damage

3.1. Beckenham Detailing takes the utmost care in providing detailing services. However, we are not liable for any pre-existing damage to the vehicle.

3.2. The customer agrees that Beckenham Detailing is not responsible for any damage alleged to have occurred during or after the service, including but not limited to paint, bodywork, and interior surfaces.

3.3. Any claims of damage must be reported to Beckenham Detailing before the vehicle leaves our premises or immediately after the completion of a mobile service. No claims will be considered once the vehicle has left the premises or after the detailer has left the customer's location.

4. Personal Items

4.1. Beckenham Detailing is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle. Customers are advised to remove all personal items before the service.

5. Payment Terms

5.1. Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

6.1. Customers may cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours in advance without penalty.

6.2. Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a fee.

7. Force Majeure

Beckenham Detailing is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure is a result of circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or other unforeseen events.

8. Warranty

8.1. Beckenham Detailing provides a satisfaction guarantee for our services. If the customer is not satisfied with the service, they must notify us within 24 hours of the service completion for a resolution.

8.2. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by the customer, or any subsequent detailing services provided by another business.

9. Customer Conduct

9.1. The customer agrees not to harass, threaten, or abuse any employees or representatives of Beckenham Detailing.

9.2. Any such behaviour may result in the termination of the service and refusal of future services.

10. Privacy

10.1. Beckenham Detailing collects personal information solely for the purpose of providing services and promoting future specials and will not share this information with third parties without the customer's consent.

10.2. By booking a service, the customer consents to the collection and use of their personal information in accordance with our privacy policy.

11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions or the services provided by Beckenham Detailing shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
